Sinclair’s Gully specialises intimate Adelaide Hills forest wedding and elopements.

Established in 1997, Sinclair’s Gully is proud to be a family-owned vineyard and nature sanctuary, surrounded by wildlife with birds flying through the valley, frequent visits from kangaroos, possums and often a koala in the trees above. As soon as you arrive, you will feel a world away from your busy life.

We will be with you every step of the way, from the moment we first meet you right through to your wedding day, ensuring everything goes just the way you planned

Pure Love Forest Weddings

PURE LOVE FOREST WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTIONS

  • Exclusive use of venue; forest setting, cellar door, preparation room, undercover patio, deck and lawned area for your wedding ceremony and reception
  • Up to 6 hours venue hire between 9am and 10pm for up to 100 guests. Venue hire starts 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
  • Access on the day to set up and pack down between 8am and 10pm.

We have a list of trusted wedding suppliers that we work with and can highly recommend; including amazing celebrants, photographers, caterers, wedding planners, stylists, florists, cars and musicians.
Just ask us, we are happy to help!
  • 16 ceremony chairs, signing table and 2 chairs or signing wine barrel
  • 3 on site toilets, access to power and water 
  • Decorations and wedding styling arranged by yourself to personalise your special day or we can put you in touch our stylist
  • Support throughout your planning process including unlimited email, phone and meetings, and referrals to trusted suppliers 
  • We are a licensed venue with an in-house bar, strictly No BYO Alcohol. Bar service includes glassware with the option to set-up a bar tab or be billed based on consumption. 
  • Additional cost for venue and bar staff.
  • Ability to select your own caterer, or we are happy to refer you to the mobile caterers we work with that do an amazing job, including Spit Roasts, Paella, Grazing Tables, Cocktail Style, a Sit Down Meal and Boho Picnics

  • On the day Wedding Coordinator; includes coordinating suppliers, set up and pack down, ushering guests on arrival 
  • Wine barrels, arbor, tables, chairs, umbrellas, 100m of festoon lighting, PA/sound system, urn and 6 x 6 marquee available for hire on request at very reasonable prices (or arrange your own)
  • 2 hours onsite photography available from $800. Additional hours available from $400ph
  • One of our trusted celebrants from $500

Forest Elopements

INTIMATE FOREST ELOPEMENTS 

Ideal for couples who are wanting a beautiful secluded forest ceremony location to elope!
  • 2 hours venue hire for up to 15 people between 10am at 8pm
  • Choice of forest setting, undercover patio, deck, lawned area or sparkling room for your wedding ceremony
  • Signing barrel or small table and 2 chairs, up to 15 chairs for guests
  • Access to onsite toilets, power and water
Please note this is a pure Elopement Package, where you turn up on the day to get married! There is no access to the property outside of the 2 hours. If you would like to decorate and set up for your ceremony beforehand, please choose the  3 hour ‘Say I Do’ ceremony Package

  • One of our trusted celebrants from $500
  • 1.5 hours photography from $600. Extra photography can be added ($400 an hour)
  • Celebratory bottle of handcrafted sparking $40
  • Need witnesses? No problems, we can arrange this for you too!
 

Please add an additional hours venue hire ($500 per hour) if you 

  • would like access to the property to decorate, set up and pack down
  • have more than 15 people coming

Note this is a ceremony only package, please choose the Pure Love Ceremony and Reception Package if you would like food and drinks as part of your celebration or ask us about adding an additional hour for drinks and nibbles
  • Access for set-up and pack-down on the day between 8am and 8pm.
  • 3 on site toilets, access to power and water
  • Ability to personalise your decorations and styling without restrictions
  • Support throughout your planning process including referrals to trusted suppliers
