The fruit for this wine was sourced entirely from our Norton Summit vineyard. This blanc de blanc is pale straw in colour and has a super fine bead . Wine displays apple and citrus notes followed by long lingering dry finish. Beautifully balanced, this recently disgorged wine will continue to develop on lees over the next 10 years.. 13.5˚alc.
