What a wonderful Sinclair’s Gully Christmas party we had last year…. Sipping on a delicious wine under the shady gums, celebrating Christmas with your family and friends, while BackBeats entertained us through out the afternoon with an eclectic mix of tunes from the 60s, 70s, 80s through to modern day.
Backbeats had such a fabulous time last year, they are coming back to rock away the afternoon, covering songs from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Sting, Chris Isaac and many, many more.

About The Audreys…..
Americana/alt-country darlings The Audreys began as university buddies and songwriting duo Taasha Coates and Tristan Goodall, forming in Adelaide in 2004. They released their first album Between Last Night And Us in 2006. The album went on to win that year’s ARIA Award for Best Blues & Roots Album and be certified Gold for record sales, catapulting them onto the national stage. Singles Oh Honey and You & Steve McQueen received high rotation on Triple J, and over the coming years the band played Blues & Roots Festival, Falls Festival, Port Fairy, Splendour and everything in between.

Aaron Thomas Trio’s harmonies will take you on a musical journey of old style folk/country with alternative bends and melodies that wrap their knuckles around love, loss and despair. Musical influences include Bonnie Prince Billy, Camille, Roy Orbison, Andy Shauf, Father John Misty, Elvis Perkins, Feist, Big Thief, Angel Olson and Andrew Bird.
Internationally renown Aaron and his trio (Tori Phillips on violin and vocals and Django Rowe on guitar and vocals) create dark and vast soundscapes that rise and fall in intensity. They have played all over Adelaide as well as selling out two tours of Spain in 2020 and 2022.

Courteney is an Adelaide-based multi-instrumentalist and vocalist from the Clare Valley. She has performed across Adelaide and wider SA since 2019 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Jazz Performance at the Elder Conservatorium of Music.

Born in mid north South Australia, keyboardist and vocalist Alicia Joy – now Adelaide-based – was brought up on jams around her grandparents’ kitchen table.
A proud millennial with eclectic taste, Alicia Joy’s original music attempts to make light of heartache, touching on themes we can all undoubtedly relate to.
In this unique and inspiring session, Sean will share with you the importance of protecting Australia’s fragile ecosystem and what they do to protect and conserve the critically endangered candle bark forest they hold themselves custodians of.

He’s earned his place on stage with some of music’s greats, such as Buffy Sainte-Marie, Steve Earle, Archie Roach, Rory McLeod & Mary Gauthier.
Indie artist LENI is a creative, powerful and inspiring Indigenous Mapuché Chilean/Australian singer with an infectious dynamic mix of Alt R&B Hip Hop Soul-Pop.
