We have intimate rustic ceremony locations, including a secluded forest setting and beautiful winery settings. We would love to meet you to show you our place and help you create your own love story.
At Sinclair's Gully we are totally flexible to ensure your wedding is exactly the way to want it. We can put you in touch with caterers that we work with or you can organise your own catering and other suppliers.
We offer two elopement and intimate ceremony packages and three wedding celebration packages for those wanting to take all of the hassle out of planning your wedding day, or if you prefer we will help you can plan your own wedding day just the way you want it.

PURE LOVE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PACKAGE $3750*
PURE LOVE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Exclusive use of venue; forest setting, cellar door, preparation room, undercover patio, deck and lawned area for your wedding ceremony and reception
- Up to 6 hours venue hire between 9am and 10pm for up to 100 guests. Venue hire starts 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
- Access on the day to set up and pack down between 8am and 11pm.
- 16 ceremony chairs, signing table and 2 chairs or signing wine barrel
- 3 on site toilets, access to power and water
- Decorations and wedding styling arranged by yourself to personalise your special day or we can put you in touch our stylist
- Support throughout your planning process including unlimited email, phone and meetings, and referrals to trusted suppliers
- We are a licensed venue with an in-house bar, strictly No BYO Alcohol. Bar service includes glassware with the option to set-up a bar tab or be billed based on consumption. Additional cost for the hire of bar staff.
- Ability to select your own caterer, or we are happy to refer you to the mobile caterers we work with that do an amazing job, including Spit Roasts, Paella, Grazing Tables, Cocktail Style, a Sit Down Meal and Boho Picnics

- On the day Wedding Coordinator; includes coordinating suppliers, set up and pack down, ushering guests on arrival
- Wine barrels, arbor, tables, chairs, umbrellas, 100m of festoon lighting, PA/sound system, urn and 6 x 6 marquee available for hire on request at very reasonable prices (or arrange your own)
- 2 hours onsite photography available from $800. Additional hours available from $400ph

OUR INTIMATE WEDDING CEREMONIES
- Ideal for couples who are wanting a beautiful secluded forest ceremony location to elope!
- 2 hours venue hire for up to 15 people
- Choice of forest setting, undercover patio, deck, lawned area or sparkling room for your wedding ceremony
- Signing barrel or small table and 2 chairs, up to 15 chairs for guests
- Access to onsite toilets, power and water

- One of our trusted celebrants from $500
- 1.5 hours photography from $600. Extra photography can be added ($400 an hour)
- Celebratory bottle of handcrafted sparking $40
- Need witnesses? No problems, we can arrange this for you too!
