PLAN YOUR OWN WEDDING DAY

Venue Hire is $300 an hour plus a fee for setting up and cleaning up afterwards (We have a min $1500 charge for venue hire, additional hours $300 an hour)

We have a Venue Setup and Packup Fee of $300 for up to 50 people and $500 for over 50 people. This fee gives you access to property the day before and the morning after your wedding so that you can have a rehearsal,  drop off wedding supplies, decorate and then pickup your things the day after. This fee covers getting the venue ready the day before your wedding and includes mowing lawns, brush cutting the driveway, blower vaccing, wiping down surfaces, slashing the path to the forest and the seating area. The fee covers a person being available on your wedding day to meet with your wedding suppliers as they arrive to drop things off, including caterers, cakes, flowers, celebrant, photographer, DJ, band etc and to coordinate throughout the day to make sure everything runs smoothly for you. Cleanup includes collecting and washing all glasses, collecting all bottles/cans for recycling, rubbish collection and disposal. Please note this fee does not cover wedding styling and decorating, this is usually done by yourselves or a wedding stylist if you prefer.

A Marquee can be arranged if required. A 6 x 6 marquee is available for hire for $350 a day and will fit comfortably on the lawned area, extending the existing under cover outdoor area to over 12 x 6 metres.

Wine is charged at cellar door prices and can be based on consumption or you can place a tab on the bar. Bottles of wine start from $20 each, beer and cider is priced at $6-7.50 a stubbie depending on the brand, soft drink is $2 ea can. Alternatively you can choose a drinks package of $10-$15 per person per hour.

Staffing costs. Our venue and bar staff are charged out $40 per hour per staff member. 2 staff are required for up to 50 people, 3 staff for 50 to 90 people and 4 staff for over 9 people. For larger weddings this includes a car parking attendant to guide people safely on arrival.

Catering. We can assist you with catering by referring you to the caterers that have worked with us in the past, or you are very welcome to arrange your own catering. Catering options include split roasts, paella  and cocktail style (prices will depend on selections and are discussed directly with your preferred caterer)

Music. We can assist with arranging live music for your special day, including soprano (from $200 for 2 hours, Ave Maria, Nessun Dorma, a number of Andrew Lloyd Webber classics etc) and a wedding singer (from $200 for 2 hours), who sings a good range of contemporary music (Adele, Dido, Crowded House Elton John, Queen, etc). We have a small outdoor stage area for performers.

We have a microphone and pa system available for speeches at no additional cost. You can also arrange your favorite playlist on your iPod for your ceremony and reception.

We have a number of tables, chairs and wine barrels that can be hired by you wedding at very reasonable prices

2 Hour Wedding Ceremony

Two hour ceremony $1250 and drinks package from $15-20 per person
This package is ideal if you are looking for a place for your wedding ceremony. The price is based on;
- 50-100 guests for a 2 hour wedding ceremony. Additional hour $300 an hour.
- exclusive use of venue (forest setting, undercover patio, deck and lawned area for wedding ceremony and reception)
- drinks package available for guests from $10-15 per person per hour (wine, beer, cider, soft drink). Alternatively we are happy to put an amount on the bar to suit your budget or for you to pay for drinks by the bottle or on consumption. If one of these other options is chosen, we will deduct the per head amount from the price

- venue and bar staff additional cost ($40 an hour for 2 hours for 2 staff for up to 50 people, 3 staff for 50-90 people, 4 staff for over 90 people)
- microphone and pa system available for your ceremony, your ipod playlist if desired

Optional extras

We can refer you to our preferred wedding suppliers, such as celebrant, photographer, flowers and cake options as well. Just ask us!

You can also hire wine barrels, tables and chairs from us at very reasonable prices.

4 hour Wedding Venue hire with Drinks

I'd really just like to hire the venue with a drinks package for 4 hours 50 - 100 guests $3570- $5680

This is ideal if you would like to arrange most of your wedding yourself. The price is based on;
- 50-100 guests for a 4 hour wedding ceremony ad recepetion. Additional hours are $300 an hour, set up & clean up fee $300 for up to 50 people, $500 for 50-120 people .
- exclusive use of the venue (forest setting, undercover patio, deck or lawned area for wedding ceremony and reception)
- drinks packages are $10-$15 per person per hour (wine, beer, cider, soft drink). Alternatively we are happy to put an amount on the bar to suit your budget or for you to pay for drinks by the bottle or on consumption. If one of these other options is chosen, we will deduct the per head amount from the price

This package is ideal if you would like to arrange their own catering. The price is based on;

-  50-100 guests for a 4 hour wedding ceremony and reception. Set up and clean up fee, $300 for up to 50 people, $500 for 50 to 120 people.

- we will refer you to one of our celebrants

- our onsite photographer for 2 hours with all photos supplied on USB

- drinks package for guests is $10-15 per person per hour (wine, beer, cider, soft drink). Alternatively we are happy to put an amount on the bar to suit your budget or for you to pay for drinks by the bottle or on consumption.  If one of these other options is chosen, we will deduct the per head cost from the price

- 50-100 guests for a 4 hour wedding ceremony and reception. Additional hours $300 an hour with a  set up and clean up fee $300 up to 50 people, $500 50-120 people.

- celebrant
- onsite photographer for 2 hours with all photos supplied on USB
- 1.5 hour hair and make up package for the bride in your home.
- Drinks package $10-$15 per person per hour (wine, beer, cider, soft drink). Alternatively we are happy to put an amount on the bar to suit your budget or for you to pay for drinks by the bottle or on consumption. If one of these other options is chosen, the total package price will be adjusted accordingly.
- We can put you in touch with caterers that we have worked with on request (spit roasts, paella, roasts, bbq, cocktail style finger food). Pricing for options is dependent on guest numbers and food selections.
